What it includes:
- the only wooden structure of the building, i.e. walls, attic and roof, complete with load-bearing structure and insulation with insulation. Arrangements for the systems with corrugated cables. The walls and roof are waterproofed and protected, to avoid damage caused on the construction site from atmospheric agents. Transport and assembly on site.
Are excluded:
- The finishes. The roof covering and the internal and external finishes (therefore also the finish of the coat). the sheet metal elements, which are usually made and mounted at the same time as the covering and the roof.

What Includes:
- Prefabricated wooden walls. Finished and leveled external coat. Preparation of systems and screeds. Assembly of windows and doors. Completion of the roof with the covering layer. The complete thermo-hydraulic system, the electrical and lighting system, any controlled mechanical ventilation systems. Substrate located between the walking surface and the structural surface, above which the flooring must be installed. The systems that pass to the floor are embedded in the structural part of the screed. Transport and assembly on site

What It Includes
- On-site assembly of the prefabricated wooden walls, windows, systems and screeds, complete internal and external finishes. Roofing and plumbing. Coating and plastering. Darkened windows and doors. Flooring and cladding. Whitewashing of the walls with color of your choice. Installation of sanitary fixtures (also a choice between traditional and suspended. Transport and assembly on site.
The following are excluded from any Formula and charge of the Client:
- The design and related 2D/3D graphic processing of the building to be built for obtaining the Building Permit. Connections to utilities. For a total cost of €8,500 + VAT at 22%. Any external works to arrange the garden and create access roads. The Platea (Depending on the square meters of the house) Any fencing works and entrance gate. PSC (Construction Safety Plan) which is calculated on a percentage of 5% of the taxable amount of the works to be carried out. The management of the works. (Fixed price equal to €4,200 + VAT at 22%) Board and accommodation for the workers involved in the construction of the building. (Depending on the days of stay of the workers)
